TWO TRUE STORIES ABOUT RACISM

1) I'm sure many of you watched the recent taping of the
Oprah Winfrey Show where her guest was Tommy Hilfiger.

On the show, she asked him if the statements about race he was accused of saying were true. Statements like"..."If I'd known African-Americans, Hispanics, Jewish and Asians would buy my clothes, I WOULD NOT have made them so nice.

I wish these people would *NOT* buy my clothes, as they are made for upper class white people."

His answer to Oprah was a simple "YES".
Where after she immediately asked him to leave her show.

My suggestion? Don't buy your next shirt or perfume from Tommy Hilfiger. Let's give him what he asked for. Let's not buy his clothes. Let's put him in a financial state where he himself will not be ableto afford the ridiculous prices he puts on his clothes. BOYCOTT.

PLEASE SEND THIS MESSAGE TO ANYONE YOU KNOW. Then send it to
the whole community that's not white people and see the result. We have to
see the result of unity. Let's find out if Non-whites really play such a small part
in the world. Stop buying any range of their product, perfume, cosmetics, clothes, bags, etc.,

2) A scene took place on a British Airways flight between Johannesburg and London . A White woman, about 50 years old, was seated next to a black man. Obviously disturbed by this, she called the air hostess.

"Madam, what is the matter," the hostess asked. "You obviously do not see it
then?" she responded. "You placed me next to a black man. I do not agree to sit
next to someone from such a repugnant group.

Give me an alternative seat."
"Be calm please," the hostess replied.

"Almost all the places on this flight is taken. I will go to see if another place is available."

The Hostess went away and then came back a few minutes later. "Madam, just as I thought, there are no other available seats in the economy class.

I spoke to the captain and he informed me that there is a seat in the business class.
All the same, we still have one place in the first class."

Before the woman could say anything, the hostess continued: "It is not USUAL
for our company to permit someone from the economy class to sit in the first class. However, given the circumstances, the captain feels that it would be scandalous to make someone sit next to someone so disgusting."

She turned to the black guy, and said,

"Therefore, Sir, if you would like to, please collect your hand luggage, a seat awaits you in first class."

At that moment, the other passengers who were shocked by what they had
just witnessed stood up and applauded.

Both the above are true stories.

Danger of Aspartame

Danger of Aspartame
Something we can avoid for good health and please let your friends and relatives knows too. I too take quite a lot of these two sweets when I had the bad cough recently :( Hope it will not affect my health too much already.

For those who take "Ricola & Fisherman" , please note that they both contain Aspartame - the silent killer .

My friend used to buy this silent poison...she had actually stopped since last April. She was shocked when she was stopped at the metal detection at Changi Airport (Japan Trip) due to this sweet...reason given by security officer, it contains "lead" :

This website shows the adverse effects of ASPARTAME

Fisherman Sweets
FOR THOSE WHO LIKE TO EAT FISHERMAN SWEETS BE CAREFUL. Sugar free products contain ASPARTAME .
So don't consume Sugar free product esp. 'fisherman sweet' ASPARTAME

THE SILENT KILLER (by Ron Harder) [To those who prefer to consume artificial flavouring ...]

There is an epidemic across
North America today of Multiple Sclerosisand Lupus.

Most people do not understand why this epidemic is happening, and they do not know why these diseases are so rampant.
I would like to share with you the main reason we are having this very serious problem.
Many people today use artificial sweeteners in their tea or coffee.
They do this because the ads they see on TV tell them that sugar is bad for their health. This is absolutely true.
Sugar is toxic to us, but what most people use as a replacement for sugar is much more deadly.
I am talking about ASPARTAME .

It is the cause of the epidemic that was mentioned above.
ASPARTAME is an extremely toxic chemical that is produced by a chemical company called Monsanto.
ASPARTAME is being marketed around the world as a sugar substitute and is found in all diet soft drinks, such as Diet Coke and Diet Pepsi . (By Fairrick: Warning - Do not drink diet soft drinks if you value your life)

It is also found in artificial sweeteners such as NutraSweet, Equal, and Spoonful ; and it is used in many other products as a sugar replacement.
ASPARTAME is marketed as a diet product , but it is not a diet product at all.
In fact, it will cause you to GAIN weight because it makes you crave carbohydrates.
Causing you
to gain weight is only a very small part of what ASPARTAME does.
It is a toxic chemical that changes the brain's chemistry.
It can and does cause severe seizures.
This chemical changes the dopamine level in the brain, and it is particularly deadly for anyone suffering from Parkinson's disease.
ASPARTAME is extremely poisonous, and here is why one of the toxic ingredients of it is wood alcohol.
When the temperature of ASPARTAME exceeds 86 degrees F, the wood alcohol in it is converted to Formaldehyde, and then to formic acid, which in turn causes folicacidosis.
FORMALDEHYDE is grouped in the same class of poisons as Cyanide and Arsenic which are very deadly toxins.
The only difference is Formaldehyde kills quietly, and it takes a little longer.
And, in the process of killing people, it causes all kinds of neurological problems.
There are 92 documented symptoms of Aspartame Poisoning leading to coma and death.
The majority of these symptoms are neurological, because the ASPARTAME attacks and destroys he nervous system.
One of these symptoms is Lupus,
which has become almost as rampant as Multiple Sclerosis, especially with Diet Coke and Diet Pepsi drinkers.

Adopt more 20/80 rule in your work and your life

Once upon a time a very strong woodcutter ask for a job in a timber
merchant, and he got it. The paid was really good and so were the work
conditions. For that reason, the woodcutter was determined to do his best.
His boss gave him an axe and showed him the area where he was supposed
to work.
The first day, the woodcutter brought 18 trees
"Congratulations," the boss said. "Go on that way!"
Very motivated for the boss’ words, the woodcutter try harder the next day,
but he only could bring 15 trees. The third day he try even harder, but
he only could bring 10 trees.Day after day he was bringing less and less trees.
"I must be losing my strength", the woodcutter thought. He went to the boss
and apologized, saying that he could not understand what was going on.
"When was the last time you sharpened your axe?" the boss asked.
"Sharpen? I had NO TIME to sharpen my axe. I have been very busy
trying to cut trees..."

Moral of the story......When you spend all your time just working
and being busy not planning your life then you will end up
like the woodcutter having NO TIME!
But on the other hand if you put in a little bit of effort and plan
and organise your life then you will realise that you have time for
everything.
When you keep saying you are busy...then you are never free.
When you keep saying you have no time...then you will never have time.
When you keep saying that you will do it tomorrow ....then your
tomorrow will never come.
When you don't do anything about your own life..... then your life will
never change.
So, when you want to make the world a better place,
take a look at yourself and then make that change!

World Survey Report

What's a surprised findings. Interesting facts. The implication is that this world is totally different. I hope that Thailand is most wonderful to live. Viwat
Last month, a survey was conducted by the U.N. Worldwide.

The only question asked was:

"Would you please give your honest opinion about solutions to the food shortage in the rest of the world?"

The survey was a huge failure.

- In Africa they did not know what "food" meant; they had not seen it for a long time.

- In Eastern Europe they didn't know what "honest" meant; dishonesty is their order of the day.

- In Western Europe they did not know what "shortage" meant; always things there are in abundance.

- In China they did not know what "opinion" meant; the government gives direction and seeks no opinion.

- In the Middle East they did not know what "solution" meant; they only manufacture problems.

- In South America they did not know what "please" meant; South Americans bulldose!.

- And in the USA they did not know what "the rest of the world" meant; they think they are the only ones on earth.

The research failed!!!

Suvannaphoum

According to Buddhist tradition, Emperor Ashoka sent Theravada missionaries to Suvannaphoum the Golden Land-as early as the 3rd Century. The Kingdom fo Suvannaphoum is a product of Indian and Chinese influence, and is said to have included southern Myanmar (Bruma) and extended across the central plains that are now Thailand to eastern Cambodia. The central plains were formerly Indochina, a collective term for pre-colonial Cambodia, Laos, Myanmar, Thailand and Vietnam. That glorious era is fondly remembered to this day among the people of the North the Tai who share a common heritage enriched by Indian and Chinese influences. That is why Suvannnaphoum strikes a mystic and nostalgic chord among the Tais, a chord most resonant sans the borders.

Birth Number

Your birth date describes who we are, what we are good at and what our inborn abilities are. It also points to what we have to learn and the challenges we are facing. To figure out your Birth Number, add all the numbers in the birth date together, like in the example, until there is only one digit.

A Birth Number does not prevent you from being anything you want to be, it will just color your choice differently and give you a little insight.

Example : March 20, 1950

3 + 20 + 1950 = 1973 = 1 + 9 + 7 + 3 = 20 = 2 + 0 = 2

2 is the Birth Number to read for the birth date in the example.

Your number is _____,

HAPPINESS: Five simple rules

This is a beautiful one

The 92-year-old, petite, well-poised and proud lady, who is fully
dressed each morning by eight o'clock, with her hair fashionably
coifed and makeup perfectly applied, even though she is legally
blind, moved to a nursing home today.

Her husband of 70 years recently passed away, making the move
necessary.

After many hours of waiting patiently in the lobby of the nursing
home, she smiled sweetly when told her room was ready.

As she maneuvered her walker to the elevator, I provided a visual
description of her tiny room, including the eyelet sheets that had
been hung on her window.

"I love it," she stated with the enthusiasm of an eight-year-old
having just been presented with a new puppy.

"Mrs.. Jones, you haven't seen the room ... just wait."

"That doesn't have anything to do with it," she replied. "Happiness
is something you decide on ahead of time.

Whether I like my room or not doesn't depend on how the furniture
is arranged... it's how I arrange my mind.

I already decided to love it "It's a decision I make every morning
when I wake up I have a choice; I can spend the day in bed
recounting the difficulty I have with the parts of my body that no
longer work, or get out of bed and be thankful for the ones that do?

Each day is a gift, and as long as my eyes open I'll focus on the
new day and all the happy memories I've stored away ... just for
this time in my life.

Old age is like a bank account: you withdraw from what you've put
in? So, my advice to you would be to deposit a lot of happiness
in the bank account of memories.

Thank you for your part in filling my Memory bank. I am still
depositing.

Remember the five simple rules to be happy:

1. Free your heart from hatred.
2. Free your mind from worries.
3. Live simply.
4. Give more.
5. Expect less.

Pass this message to 7 people except you and me. You will receive
a miracle tomorrow.

Now, STOP!
Did you hear what I just said. You WILL receive a miracle tomorrow.
So send it
