Tip for mail using & clean your hard disk

When was last action to do DISK CLEANUP AND DISK DEFRACTMENTOR: Take a few minute to clean your hard disk immediately before you start your day with work and you will forget to do it. Open the Disk DEFRACTMENTOR by clicking "Start", "program" , "accessories" , "system tools" and then select "disk defracmentor. Drive C is the one that you have to do regular clean. The mail usage & worksheet update are commonly the cause of disk defractment. DISK CLENAUP also locate in the same folder in System Tools. Internet search is the mail cause of a lot of temporary file. You will find out that you pc WILL run faster after spending this few minutes.

For mail sending, have you experienced to open the mails 5-10 times to read the attached file that people sent to you? iF yes, i request you all to delete long headings with receipt names that had been forwarded many times before your receive it. it costs a lot of disk space, machine running time, electricity aand paper besides unhappyness of the reciepient. Our mail server and low staff productivities are my concern. IF YOU MIND THE RECEIPIENT FOR TAKING TIME TO FORWARD PAGES BEFORE READ THE CONTENT, PLEASE CHANGE YOUR HABIT ON THIS.

This is not hard to do but will save time and productivity a lot. If you believe in quality standards, we have to change our habit.

It is a small effort but it has big impact for time & cost saving and satisfaction.
